Refund & Returns Policy
Our return policy spans a duration of 7 days from the date of purchase. Should this period elapse without initiating a return, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the pristine condition in which it was originally received, along with its original packaging intact.
For the processing of your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Please refrain from dispatching your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be considered in specific situations, such as items not in their original condition due to damage or missing parts unrelated to our error, or if an item is returned beyond the 30-day delivery window.
Exception to the Return Policy for Quality Goods:
For quality cosmetics with special packaging that allows us to verify the product’s unopened status, returns and exchanges are acceptable. However, the packaging must remain undamaged, and the product, along with its packaging, must retain its commercial appearance and completeness.
The product should not be used or tested, and the customer is responsible for return and shipping costs. A proof of purchase document is required for returning goods.
Return of Defective Goods:
Customers must contact the seller within 14 working days if they receive a defective product. In such cases:
- The product and packaging must be complete.
- The customer bears the return/shipping costs.
- A goods purchase document and a photo or video of the defective product must accompany the return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@beauty4all.ie.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the return value will be provided upon receiving the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to Beauty4All, 37 Brookwood Lawns, Red Barns Road, Dundalk co.Louth. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
